Chocolate Crumb Pie Shell

1½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ cup unsalted butter; softened
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. In a large mixing bowl mix ingredients until thoroughly blended.
3. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 8 minutes. Cool.

Yield: 1 9-inch pastry shell
