Nut-Crumb Crust

⅔ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Meal
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg

1. Mix together all the ingredients.
2. Sprinkle half the crumb mixture on the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan. Turn a pie filling or cheesecake mixture into the pan and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.

Yield: 1 8-inch springform pan crust
