Pecan Pie from the Heart of Texas

1 9-inch pie shell; unbaked
3 whole eggs; beaten
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces

1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine beaten eggs, corn syrup, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for one hour.
