1 9-inch pie shell; unbaked
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ pound unsalted butter
½ cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces
½ cup self rising flour
¾ cups chocolate chips
½ teaspoon vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
2. In a large mixing bowl mix eggs, sugar, butter, pecans, flour, chocolate chips and teaspoon vanilla together. Pour into uncooked pie shell.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
4. Top with Whipped Cream, if desired.
