Classic Chocolate Pecan Pie

1 9-inch pie shell; unbaked
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter; melted
1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs; slightly beaten
2 tablespoons bourbon
½ cup chocolate pieces
1 cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces
Whipped cream

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a large mixing bowl mix sugar, melted butter, corn syrup, beaten eggs, bourbon, chocolate pieces and pecans ingredients together and pour in unbaked pie shell.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
