Creole Pecan Pie

1 9-inch pie shell; unbaked
3 eggs
1 cup dark brown sugar; firmly packed
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon sea salt

1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
2. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar together until thick.
3. Add corn syrup, pecans, vanilla and salt.
4. Mix well and pour into pie shell.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until filling is firm.
