New Orleans Pecan Pie

1 9-inch pie shell; unbaked
½ stick unsalted butter
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
3 tablespoons corn meal
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch sea salt
1 cup Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces

1. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, corn meal, vanilla, salt and pecans and mix well. Pour into pie shell.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Allow to cool and serve.
