¼ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups Pecan Valley Pecan Pieces; finely chopped
1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
2. Combine dry ingredients and work in butter and vanilla. Add nuts and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
3. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
4. Roll in granulated or powdered sugar while warm.
5. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
